Take a step back and figure out how you can satisfy yourself. Other people cannot be responsible of making you happy – only you can do that

Living a healthy life doesn’t necessarily mean you have to overhaul your diet and exercise regiment but it does mean that you must make healthy living decisions. If you are physically fit – meaning you’re not over weight and feel good about your overall appearance, then you will be a happier human being.

4.Surround Yourself With Positive People

If there are individuals, within your circle, that bring drama or constantly bring hate and discontent then you need to disengage communication with those individuals. Once you have removed the negative energy, from your life, you will feel as if a huge weight has been lifted from your shoulders.

5.Make Time for Fun

It’s easy and very common to get consumed with the tasks that life entails and it’s because of the commonality that its crucial to make time for you. Get out and have fun – do you! When you let loose and do something, genuinely fun, you’ll find that you’re able to mentally clear your clear your mind from the everyday frustrations and constant upheaval. In your schedule of to-do’s, make time to have fun.

6.Make Someone’s Day

Each day make an effort to do something nice for someone. Give someone a compliment, pay for a stranger’s coffee or offer to cut your elderly neighbor’s yard. Doing good for others will boost your morale and provide others with a renewed sense of happiness. You’ll stand a little taller and walk with more confidence when you know your actions made a difference.
